Overview

The dressing room is the core element of the PICTOFIT Virtual Try-On app. It enables your shoppers to virtually try-on garments, create unlimited outfit combinations and immerse into different background scenes. Through our Shopify app, you can integrate this feature into your store. The image below shows an example of how this can look.

To get started, let’s define some basic terminology:

• Virtual garments are digitised versions of your products that can be worn by an avatar. At the moment accessories and shoes can’t be included in the virtual dressing room.

• Avatars are a virtual representation of a person.

• Scenes are virtual environments.

The following sections describe how to set up the dressing room, customise it and add your products so that your shoppers can try them on.
