Choose the type of request that you want to create.

  • Garment 2D

  • Outfit 2D (Fashion Image Generation)

  • Garment 3D

  • Accessory 3D

Fill out all the necessary information and upload images.

These fields are available to all garment types.

  • Type (Required) - This field shows you which request type is currently chosen. You can use this to either confirm that it is the correct one or choose another type from the dropdown.

  • Name (Required) - Enter the name of your request in this field. This name will also show up on the overview page. Be specific if the image that you will be uploading is front view or back view. Example: jacket_front_view / jacket_back_view.

  • SKU (Optional) - If you are working with SKUs, you can enter the SKU of the request in this field.

  • Due At (Optional) - If you want to set a deadline for your request, you can select a date from the date picker.

  • Priority (Optional) - You can set your request to a “High”, “Medium”, or “Low” priority. Reactive Reality will take this into consideration while processing your request.


Garment_2D is a product created from Reactive Reality’s PICTOFiT Content System to fit front/back product images of a given garment for virtual try-on. These product images are ghost mannequin shots of the garment.

Apart from the list above, it is also important to provide the following:

  • Ghost Mannequin Shot (Required) - Upload the input images of the garment that you want to have as a 2D asset. These photos need to adhere to Reactive Reality’s garment requirements (see Garment_2D Image Specifications).

There are two options for adding data. The first option is to drag & drop files into the field. The second option is to click on the field and choose the file from your computer in the pop-up that has opened.

  • Reference Image (Optional) - Although this is optional, it is highly recommended to provide at least one reference image. The reference image ensures a better result for the fit of the garment on the avatar which is important for the virtual try-on.

Once everything has been provided, you can now either Save Draft or Submit Request.

Outfit_2D (Fashion Image Generation)

An outfit is a collection of processed Garment_2D products that you can mix and match. You can use your Personal Garment collection from the processed Garment_2Ds or you can use the Public Garments that Reactive Reality has made available.

Other details are also needed to accommodate this request:

  • Width/Height (Optional) - You can specify the width and height of the resulting images you require.

  • Avatar Selection - click on “PLEASE SELECT AN AVATAR”. A window will pop-up where you will find a selection of Personal Avatars and Public Avatars. Select an avatar and click save. The background is a part of the avatar and cannot be changed. However, you can update the avatar any time. You can check the specifications of these avatars here as well.

  • Add Garment - Click on Add Garment to add the garments you want to dress the avatar with. Same as with the avatars, you will get a window with Personal Garments and Public Garments. Select all the garments you want to add and click save. You can add multiple garments at once.

These icons and the corresponding tool tips are available for easy navigation.

  • Remove all - If you want to start all over again, you can remove all the selected garments at once by clicking this button.

You can save an outfit as draft. To retain the chosen garments, dress the avatar first before you save it.

Garment_3D / Accessory_3D

To be able to use this functionality, you need a PICTOFiT Capture Kit. Contact the Sales Team for further information.

When a draft is made, the state of your request is CREATED. It will be stored and available for you to access any time.

With Garment_2D, if you decide to add more images at a later time, you can upload reference photos and click on Update Draft to add them to the existing draft. The reference images that were added will be reflected as Reference_Additional.
