1. For every type of request you first click the “Create New Request” button.

2. Now a pop-up will show, letting you choose between the three types of requests.

Request Types

After choosing the right request type you will be forwarded to one of the three input screens (see below)

Requesting a Garment 2D

Description

Below is an example of a new request.

Type

This field shows you which request type is currently chosen. You can use this to confirm that it’s the correct one or choose another type from the dropdown if it’s not the request type you wish for.

Name

Here you can enter the name of your product. This name will also show up on the overview page. Therefore this field also requires input.

SKU

This field is optional, but if you are working with SKUs you can enter this SKU here.

Due At

This field is optional. If you have a certain deadline by which you would need this asset you can choose it from the date picker.

Priority

This field is optional. You can give your asset a “High” “Medium” or “Low” priority. We will consider this priority within your requests.

Ghost Mannequin Shot & Reference Image

Here you can upload the input pictures of the garment that you want to have as an 2D asset. These input pictures have to follow certain requirements. Check Garment 2D for a precise description of these requirements.

There are two options for adding data. The first option is to drag & drop files into the field. The second option is to click in the field and choose the file from your computer in the pop-up that has opened.

The “Ghost Mannequin Shot” is required for the request, the “Reference Images” is optional, but we highly recommend adding at least one reference image. Without a reference picture the fit of the garment as well as the color has to be guessed and may lead to undesired results. Also see Garment 2D.

The screenshot “Example 2D Request” shows a fully filled-up request for a 2D asset.

If you have put in all data you can submit the request and it will be taken over by Reactive Reality. It should now be visible on the Content Management System overview page and show IN PROGRESS status.

You can save the draft if you want to continue working on your request later, e.g. because you are waiting for some input data. The saved request will have the status CREATED
